How can I avail the service? ▼
Please send photographs of the current condition of your article via WhatsApp. Provide at least 2–3 clear photos, along with additional photos highlighting any specific issues.
Can the cleaning process damage my article? ▼
There is an inherent risk in any professional cleaning process as mechanical equipment is used.
However, WOODMAN has a professional team dedicated to minimizing such risks. In the rare case that an issue occurs, we will work with you to resolve the situation appropriately.
How long does the cleaning process take? ▼
The time depends on the condition of the article, the material, and the restoration work required. On average, it takes 10–15 working days to process a single article.
Do you repair shoes or bags? ▼
No. We specialize only in restoration, cleaning, and sanitizing.
Are there materials that cannot be cleaned? ▼
Most articles can be cleaned. However, if an item has extremely delicate materials or intricate workmanship that cannot withstand the cleaning process, we will abort the service and return the article without any charges.
Do you provide any warranty? ▼
We do not provide a formal written warranty. However, we are happy to assist with any concerns that arise within two weeks after the service. Requests older than four weeks cannot be accepted.
